My experience with Yes Dear Handyman was great from beginning to end. From the time Richard came to my home and gave me an estimate to the end of my repairs I was treated with respect and courtesy. He and his crew were also very respectful of my home and made sure I understood what was involved in the repairs. They fixed a leak in the bathroom and the water damage that was created from it. Now you can't even tell there was a leak. The professionalism of the crew was outstanding and I wouldn't think twice about calling Yes Dear Handyman again.

Drywall and tile work in bathroom . . .
We hired Yes Dear to complete drywall and tile work in a bathroom remodel. We were pleased with the work, timeliness and cleanliness. The bathroom looks great and will be sure to call for any future projects.

Upon a home inspection, for the sale of my house, the inspector found various issues: rotten subfloor, leaking toilets, outside deck frame, and broken washing machine pan. I wasn't sure where to start and consulted a friend, he in turn referred me to Richard Thomas of Yes Dear Handyman. I didn't know if he would travel to Northern Virginia where my house is located, but I called anyway. He stated that he normally doesn't travel that far, but because this was a referral he would come up and give me an estimate. I had reviewed several estimates from other companies and was a little skeptical of pricing and time frame. I needed the job done quickly, efficiently, and economically in order to close on the sale of my house. Upon receiving his estimate he stated he could have a crew there the next day AND finish quickly. The crew did in fact show up the next day AND finished all the needed repairs. They did come back a second day to grout the tile they placed over the new subfloor. I couldn't be happier with the job they completed and was able to go to settlement two days later. My recommendation to Mr. Thomas was to hire more people and increase their service area because of the quality of work they do. I highly advise anyone needing home repairs to call Yes Dear Handyman, they are very dependable and the work is well done.
