Thanks again to Richard and his team for all the help getting me set up in my home. I moved back home to be closer to my family and needed help with hanging window treatments, hanging mirrors and pictures, installing bulbs in a very high ceiling light fixture and moving furniture. I live in Florida and had a tenant in my home in Virginia for a couple years. I came to inspect the home when they vacated and discovered a serious plumbing issue that resulted in tearing out the entire bathroom. I met Richard to review the job and left the next day. He and his team of skilled craftsman completed the entire project...plumbing, carpentry, electrical, ceramic tile and painting Plus the mold remediation. Being 1,100+ miles away, Richard sent me pictures of the progress, always answered my questions quickly and handled a few mid-project changes. This company came to our rescue in a real time of need. Our business had a ceiling cave in due to water back up from an a/c unit. As business had to go on, they came and did everything they could to get us back up and running. I can go as far as to say they went over and above board to make this an easy transition while we were still keeping business going. the work they did was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for more. Richard and his team were hired to repair our front porch ceiling which was, inexplicably, covered in sheet rock and painted when it was built in 1999 vice the use of another more durable exterior material. Richard and his team arrived and installed a high quality exterior grade plywood, furring strips between the joints, then they caulked everything and covered it in two coats of high quality exterior paint.

I've had neighbors comment on both the look of the new surface as well as the quality look of the finished product. We've already ask YDH to give us an estimate to replace our front porch railing and columns as well as redo our master bathroom.

Richard and crew arrived on time and went right to work. The old cabinets in the garage were taken down and removed. work area was swept clean. All outside items were finished quickly. Richard made 2 interior door adjustments and one additional item completed quickly. I like payment through PayPal.. safe, quick and easy. I will definitely have YDH back for other repair/install work.
