Yes Dear Handyman services and Richard Thomas were a pleasure to do business with. My rental unit needed painting and wallboard work as well as a new garage door.
When I contracted with Richard, I expected to at least pay half before the work was started as I was going out of town for 10 days and the work would be completed in my absence. Not only did he complete the work while I was gone, but did not hassle me for payment. I was able to inspect the beautiful work in my time and finally get back to him with my payment.
This is now MY Handyman Service! ....I want them all to myself!

Richard's crew did an amazing job installing a fence in our backyard. I showed him the design that I wanted and they duplicated perfectly. The purpose of the fence was to contain a German Shepard and I'm very pleased with the outcome. The fence is attractive and very solid. They also installed a ramp for my shed and I'm happy with that outcome as well.

Richard's crew are polite and always keep the area clean. They are very skilled and I'm pleased with every aspect of their work. They get the job done quickly yet efficiently unlike other contractors that I've had do work for me.
